Allowances & payment status

Individual conversion allowances; no purchases or subscriptions.

Updated 1 November 2026

Payments and availability

Current individual access is free. Account status, keys and daily usage come from the service. There are no purchases, credit packages, automatic charges, subscriptions or renewals. The application form does not enrol you in a paid service.

Daily individual access allowance

Each approved account has up to twenty successful conversions per UTC calendar day across all keys and all 12 tools. The service admits at most 100 attempts per UTC day across its users, including failures and legacy service traffic. In-flight requests reserve personal allowance. Confirmed processing failures release it; uncertain outcomes after an interruption remain reserved until the daily reset. Successfully generated results count even if a subsequent download is interrupted. Repeating a request can consume another allowance; document results are not retained for replay.

One successful conversion uses one daily allowance unit, regardless of how many individual output files it produces. Checking readiness, signing in, applying, reviewing an application and reading the dashboard do not consume conversion allowance. Unused daily allowance does not roll over. Keys for the same account share that allowance.

Commercial purchased-credit billing is not implemented or contractually offered by the portal. The daily individual access allowance is not a purchased balance or monetary value.

Information required before any charge

Before purchases are enabled, publish the seller’s verified identity and contact details, package price, currency, taxes, included conversions, validity/expiry if any, spending limits, delivery and service-start conditions, payment provider, support process and applicable cancellation, withdrawal, refund and dispute rules.

Business and consumer customers may have different mandatory rights. Any request to start a service during a withdrawal period, and any acknowledgement required for loss of a right, must be lawfully implemented where applicable. No waiver or non-refundable-credit rule is obtained through the current account forms.

Credit grants must follow verified and replay-protected payment notifications. Payment card details must not be placed in API logs or the credit ledger. Refunds, disputes and unused balances must be handled under the final applicable policy and mandatory law.
